Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance.
- Source, evaluate, and maintain positive relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize company cost-savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production department to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, reports, and purchase records.
- Perform periodic market research to keep abreast of raw material price trends and availability.
- Ensure all procured items meet quality standards and compliance requirements set by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve supplier-related issues proactively.
