In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that our production lines remain uninterrupted by managing the end-to-end flow of materials.
As our Purchasing Staff, you will take ownership of the procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor negotiation to documentation and logistics management. You will work closely with both local and international suppliers, ensuring compliance, quality standards, and timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiation for local and overseas suppliers.
- Ensure continuous availability of raw materials by monitoring stock levels and production schedules to prevent line stoppages.
- Handle all import documentation, including Customs Clearance, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Airway Bills to ensure seamless cross-border logistics.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality product delivery.
- Perform regular cost analysis and benchmarking to drive budget efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and track order status updates for management review.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the warehouse, production, and finance departments to reconcile delivery and payment documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation in Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of vendor management and cost savings.
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
