Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine material requirements and stock levels.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues related to shipment or quality.
- Maintain accurate purchase order records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, expenses, and supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective supplier relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management processes is highly preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
