We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our company's high standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator with a flair for building sustainable relationships with suppliers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from identifying material needs and sourcing the best vendors to managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full procurement cycle, ensuring high-quality goods and services are sourced at competitive prices.
- Proactively source, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers to optimize costs and lead times.
- Manage the issuance and tracking of Purchase Orders (PO) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate and fulfill material requirements on schedule.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring all deliveries meet quality standards and compliance protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive records of purchase files, invoices, and supplier documentation for audit readiness.
- Prepare regular procurement reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for market trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
