Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain accurate purchase order lists to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct professional negotiations with vendors to secure the best pricing, payment terms, and lead times.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure all received goods meet company quality and safety specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate supply requirements and avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all purchasing transactions and supplier contracts.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide cost-saving recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar supply chain role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with suppliers.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management best practices.
