In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement process, ensuring that we maintain high-quality standards while optimizing operational costs.
As our Purchasing Staff, you will play a critical role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new potential suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.
- Execute daily purchasing activities, including creating Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking delivery schedules.
- Conduct thorough price negotiations with vendors to ensure competitive market rates and terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Perform regular cost analysis and generate comprehensive reports on procurement expenditures.
- Ensure all procurement documentation complies with company policies and audit standards.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing vendors and resolve any delivery or quality issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the local vendor landscape and market trends in Bali is an advantage.
