Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and operational supplies
- Conduct supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and payment terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production departments to prevent stockouts
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationship management systems
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and financial records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and procurement software
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics sectors preferred
