Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery reliability
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to optimize purchasing costs
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all purchasing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of Indonesian market and supplier landscape
