Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for manufacturing materials and components
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability
- Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier performance metrics
- Coordinate with production teams to align material acquisition schedules
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
