Hannochs Indonesia, a leading name in the lighting and electrical industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations by ensuring the efficient acquisition of high-quality goods and services required to maintain our production excellence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating procurement costs, and ensuring that all purchasing activities align with company policies and budget requirements. You will be instrumental in optimizing our procurement processes and maintaining a seamless flow of materials for our manufacturing operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, requesting quotations, and issuing purchase orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to identify procurement needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
- Review and process purchase requisitions while ensuring compliance with company financial guidelines.
- Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance and warehouse teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of received goods and invoices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, Procurement Admin, or in a similar supply chain role is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in Jakarta Utara.
