As a Purchasing Staff member, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract management and timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure supply continuity.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry price trends and supply availability.
- Resolve any discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, or product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/Inventory software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
