You will be responsible for sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support our high-capacity production lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and vetting new potential suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality compliance.
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process, from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
- Negotiating prices, lead times, and payment terms with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.
- Monitoring delivery schedules and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and digital records of all procurement activities.
- Analyzing market trends and price fluctuations to provide procurement strategy recommendations.
- Resolving discrepancies in invoices, delivery notes, and inventory reports in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of vendor management and supply chain logistics.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
