Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and operational supplies
- Conduct market research and vendor analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to optimize company expenditures
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies to enhance vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and implement purchasing strategies to prevent stock shortages
- Prepare monthly purchasing reports and budget forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market trend evaluation
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
