Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and operational supplies
  • Conduct market research and vendor analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to optimize company expenditures
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies to enhance vendor relationships
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement purchasing strategies to prevent stock shortages
  • Prepare monthly purchasing reports and budget forecasts for management review

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3/S1 degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
  • Proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market trend evaluation
  • Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
