In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our medical facilities are stocked with the essential resources required to provide world-class patient care.
As our Purchasing Staff, you will manage the end-to-end procurement processāfrom identifying departmental needs and sourcing reliable vendors to executing high-stakes negotiations and ensuring seamless delivery. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrates integrity in every transaction, and possesses the analytical skills to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring timely fulfillment of general goods requests from various hospital departments.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality, cost-effective vendors.
- Execute strategic negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and optimized lead times.
- Maintain and monitor accurate inventory procurement records and purchase order documentation in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and user departments to ensure precise delivery, inspection, and verification of received goods.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to RS Pondok Indah Group's internal compliance policies and healthcare industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management (experience in a hospital or pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.
- Fluency in Indonesian (written and spoken) with professional proficiency in English.
