Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the F&B industry? True Chef and Baker is looking for a proactive Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly by managing supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and maintaining high standards of inventory quality.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality ingredients, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to support our culinary excellence. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to manage our supply chain effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best value and quality of raw materials.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize operational costs.
- Maintain and update the database of supplier records, invoices, and purchase logs.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on ingredient price fluctuations and industry trends.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build long-term vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiar with inventory management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
