As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality components, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring our production requirements are met with precision and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, procurement, and order tracking.
- Identify and evaluate reliable vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure all documentation is compliant with internal company procedures.
- Monitor delivery timelines and troubleshoot any supply chain disruptions or logistics delays.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry price trends and component availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for inventory management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Must be located in or willing to work in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
