Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment conditions with vendors to optimize company spending.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and inventory levels.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong professional relationships with key suppliers.
- Prepare comprehensive purchasing reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff or in a similar administrative role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software experience is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
