Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain and procurement? Mapan Group, the visionary team behind the iconic Mie Mapan—Surabaya's leading noodle restaurant brand established in 1992—is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our expanding operations in Waru, East Java.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of food quality by sourcing the best ingredients and managing supplier relationships. As we continue to grow, your expertise in procurement will ensure that our kitchen and outlet operations run seamlessly. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is committed to operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure the best quality-to-cost ratio for raw materials.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition and purchase orders to delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor price trends and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve issues regarding quality, quantity, or delivery delays with vendors promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive purchasing reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company SOPs and food safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on cost reduction.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP/Inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with vendors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Waru, Jawa Timur.
