Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers that meet company quality and cost standards.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Process purchase orders and monitor delivery status to prevent production delays.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on price trends and material availability.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and vendor performance metrics.
- Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies in shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure the best value for the company.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP or inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
