This critical role ensures seamless supply chain management by coordinating vendor relationships, executing purchasing strategies, and maintaining precise inventory controls. You'll drive cost efficiency while guaranteeing timely delivery of essential goods across our hospitality operations.
As a key member of our procurement team, you'll negotiate contracts with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstocking. Your expertise will directly support departmental needs while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and practices
- Attention to detail with analytical problem-solving capabilities
