Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from issuing purchase orders to ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best quality, pricing, and lead times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse department to monitor stock levels.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with vendors to optimize operational costs.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any discrepancies regarding shipments, pricing, or quality.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities and expenditure for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/Purchasing software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
