Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition receipt to purchase order issuance.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment conditions with vendors to optimize company expenses.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, purchase orders, and supplier documentation in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the finance department to process invoices and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide recommendations for strategic sourcing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and familiar with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high professional integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
