Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain and procurement? Tuang Coffee is looking for a dynamic Purchasing Staff to join our growing team in Tebet, Jakarta. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our coffee shops and production facilities are always stocked with high-quality supplies while optimizing costs through smart vendor negotiations.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our internal operational needs and our external suppliers. We are looking for someone who is not only good with numbers but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong vendor relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, requisitioning, and purchasing.
- Conduct regular market research to compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to ensure the best value for Tuang Coffee.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment conditions with new and existing suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/production team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and supplier documentation in our internal system.
- Coordinate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of vendor management and supply chain best practices.
- Willing to be based in Tebet, Jakarta Raya.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and high level of integrity.
