Duniatex Group, a leading textile manufacturing company in Indonesia, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team in Jawa Tengah. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, machinery parts, and operational services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to assess material requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Execute purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to the production floor.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to achieve cost savings for the company.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Ensure all procurement documentation, contracts, and invoices are processed accurately and comply with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or textile industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/Inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to be based in Jawa Tengah.
