Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services to support organizational needs
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality standards
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and develop purchasing strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the procurement cycle
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing operations
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to build supplier relationships
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
