Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for goods and services
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability
- Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints
- Assist in resolving any issues related to deliveries, quality, or pricing with suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions
