As our Purchasing Staff, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods while maintaining cost-effectiveness. You will be responsible for navigating complex logistics and contributing to process improvements that directly impact our production capacity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily procurement activities, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking vendor deliveries.
- Perform comprehensive market research and sourcing activities to identify competitive vendors and alternative raw materials.
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for imported goods in compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement databases, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date for audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and service reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of customs clearance processes, HS codes, and import/export documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced production setting.
