Tanggung Jawab

  • Process Purchase Orders: Accurately prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.
  • Vendor Management: Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable contract terms.
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the warehouse/logistics team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Cost Control: Analyze spending patterns and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, prepare regular reports, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with external partners.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
