Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the beauty and skincare industry? Shipper is currently seeking a motivated Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain, ensuring that we procure high-quality beauty and skincare products that meet our rigorous standards. You will bridge the gap between our business needs and our suppliers, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
As part of a fast-growing logistics and distribution ecosystem, you will have the opportunity to manage end-to-end procurement cycles, build lasting relationships with key vendors, and contribute to the efficiency of our inventory management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for beauty and skincare product lines.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to maintain a competitive and reliable supply base.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trending beauty products and competitive pricing.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier performance evaluations.
- Resolve any issues related to shipment delays, product quality, or invoice discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the beauty, cosmetic, or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the beauty and skincare market and product categories.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
