Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for electrical components and SMT parts.
- Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to prevent material shortages.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations for electronic components to optimize procurement costs.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies in documentation or shipping.
- Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and quality control teams to ensure incoming components meet technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, specifically handling electrical components or SMT parts within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and the SMT supply chain.
- Proficiency in using ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (written and spoken).
