In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our production plants and projects receive the essential materials and services required to maintain our high standards of excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining the procurement process, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. You will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our projects, from initial requisition to final delivery, ensuring that quality meets our strict internal guidelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive lists of required goods and services for plant operations and ongoing projects.
- Source, screen, and maintain a robust network of reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct price comparisons and negotiations to ensure competitive costing without compromising quality.
- Process purchase orders (PO) accurately and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project timelines and procurement needs.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly based on quality, reliability, and lead time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, specifically within the F&B or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Strong integrity and ethical conduct in dealing with suppliers and sensitive information.
