Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and procure high-quality Korean and Japanese food ingredients and materials
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information
- Collaborate with other departments to understand purchasing needs and requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of Korean and Japanese food products and ingredients is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
