Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain management within the health and retail sector? Mandjur Sehat Abadi is currently seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of our operations by managing procurement processes, maintaining inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with our valued suppliers.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to solving supply chain challenges. You will work closely with our operational departments to ensure that our health and wellness products are always available to meet customer demand efficiently and cost-effectively.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory turnover and sales trends.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform regular market analysis to identify potential new products and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices and reconcile accounts payable.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and supply chain documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven professional experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the health/retail industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
