Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff (Import & Permit Specialist) to join the Mandom Indonesia team. In this vital role, you will act as the primary liaison for all import and permit activities, ensuring seamless operations between our manufacturing needs and global suppliers. You will be responsible for navigating complex regulatory frameworks, managing documentation, and coordinating with logistics partners to guarantee timely delivery of goods. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG environment, contributing directly to the efficiency of our supply chain and the success of our products in the Indonesian market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process all import permit applications and renewals in strict accordance with Indonesian government regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to monitor shipment status and resolve logistical delays.
  • Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
  • Source and negotiate with international and domestic suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for raw materials and goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, inventory movements, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities within the import and logistics processes.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to forecast purchasing needs based on production schedules.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, import/export, or logistics administration.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, HS codes, and import licensing procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
