In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end import procurement processes and strategic vendor sourcing. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our production lines remain efficient by securing high-quality materials and components from global markets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end import purchasing process, including monitoring shipment status and coordinating with freight forwarders.
- Source and evaluate potential international vendors to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations, documentation requirements, and customs clearance procedures.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, inventory data, and supplier performance metrics in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely material availability.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, specifically handling import activities.
- Proficient in understanding import regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple vendors.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Competency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
