Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing potential suppliers to finalizing purchase orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking suppliers, ensuring clear communication and accurate order specifications.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency and timely arrival of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics department to optimize stock flow.
- Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and alternative materials that meet company quality standards.
- Resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, shipping documents, and product quality issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (Oral and Written) is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
