Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end purchasing activities, including requisition processing, vendor selection, and purchase order generation.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with local and international suppliers, particularly those from Chinese-speaking regions, utilizing fluent Mandarin.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate product quality, and compare pricing to secure optimal deals.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to understand material requirements and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock while minimizing carrying costs.
- Prepare comprehensive purchasing reports, analyze spending patterns, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve any issues related to supplier non-compliance, delivery discrepancies, or quality concerns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain role, preferably within the Manufacturing or Logistics industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory to communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is also required for local and internal communication.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/procurement software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs regulations in Indonesia is an advantage.
