PT Sunrise Wheel Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Staff to join our expanding team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Kendal Industrial Park. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between our operational needs and our international supplier network.
As a Purchasing Staff member fluent in Mandarin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials and components required for our production lines. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support our manufacturing excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end procurement process for factory materials and equipment.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with international suppliers, primarily in Mandarin, to negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute purchase orders to ensure zero production downtime.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze market trends and cost data to identify cost-saving opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to align procurement schedules with production plans.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (Oral and Written) to communicate with key suppliers.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Willing to be based in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
