Tanggung Jawab
- Support procurement activities by sourcing and selecting appropriate suppliers for materials and services
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to optimize stock management
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
