Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, issuing Purchase Orders (PO), and monitoring delivery schedules.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing suppliers while actively scouting for new, cost-effective vendors.
- Coordinate closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and prevent production downtime.
- Perform regular price negotiations to optimize procurement costs without compromising material quality.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports, including cost analysis and lead-time tracking for management review.
- Manage administrative documentation related to import/export requirements or domestic logistics as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English; Japanese language proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
