Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in procurement for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects? We are looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team in Kelapa Gading. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of our construction and installation projects by managing the end-to-end procurement process.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating competitive pricing with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines. You will bridge the gap between technical project requirements and supply chain efficiency, maintaining strict cost controls and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for MEP materials including conduits, cables, piping, and HVAC components.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in specifications and quantities.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize project costs.
- Monitor and track material delivery status to prevent project delays.
- Maintain and update the database of approved vendors and market price benchmarks.
- Coordinate with the project and engineering teams to ensure materials match technical specifications.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliation of delivered goods.
- Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or supplier non-compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, specifically focusing on MEP materials for construction projects.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and ERP/Purchasing software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for market trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English is preferred.
