Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to purchase order and payment
- Research and identify potential suppliers for construction materials and equipment
- Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Prepare and issue purchase orders according to company policies and project requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong business relationships
- Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels for project needs
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving measures for procurement
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role, preferably in construction industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
