Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze departmental requirements for materials, goods, and services
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations
