Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials aligned with retail and F&B requirements
- Manage procurement processes from purchase order creation to delivery verification
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for optimal stock management
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier performance records
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure material specifications are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in procurement/purchasing roles, preferably in manufacturing or F&B
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian supply chain regulations and logistics
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
