Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials and packaging to support seamless production cycles.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements and prevent production shortages.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost-saving targets.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new material sources and stay updated on commodity price trends.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ERP data records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address quality issues with suppliers promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of raw material and packaging procurement processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and MS Office suite (advanced Excel skills are a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang, Indonesia.
