You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, and optimizing procurement processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing raw materials to coordinating delivery to restaurant outlets.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high quality.
- Conduct regular market research and price comparisons to optimize purchasing costs without compromising product standards.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle supplier negotiations to secure favorable payment terms and volume discounts.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure all goods received meet quality control standards and food safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost-saving initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience using inventory management software is a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
