Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes for vehicle parts, equipment, and operational supplies
- Research and evaluate supplier options to ensure optimal quality and cost-efficiency
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Maintain accurate purchase order documentation and inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with warehouse and operational teams to align procurement with business needs
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field (Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering preferred)
- 1+ years of hands-on purchasing experience in vehicle rental or automotive industry
- Deep understanding of procurement cycles, vendor management, and supply chain fundamentals
- Proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office applications (Excel essential)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to build supplier relationships
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
