Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing process for vessel operations and fleet maintenance
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for marine equipment, spare parts, and consumables
- Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate specifications and delivery timelines
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to optimize procurement costs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime industry regulations
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand vessel operational requirements
- Maintain vendor relationships and conduct periodic performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, maritime industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of marine equipment and vessel maintenance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
