PT Indowin Engineering Indonesia is seeking an experienced Purchasing Supervisor to lead our procurement operations for construction projects. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will oversee the entire purchasing lifecycle, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and delivery coordination. This role requires strategic thinking, cost optimization expertise, and strong leadership to ensure seamless material flow for our engineering projects.
You will develop procurement strategies that balance quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for construction materials and equipment
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct vendor performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and quality
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, legal requirements, and sustainability standards
- Lead and mentor a team of purchasing specialists
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or construction
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management expertise
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and import procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience with proven team management skills
