Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and equipment
- Conduct supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier partnerships
- Manage purchasing budgets and track KPIs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery
- Implement sustainable procurement practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing/supervisory experience
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
- Understanding of manufacturing/logistics operations
- Certification in procurement (CIPS/ISM) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
